Paul’s extensive understanding of Civil Engineering organisations includes local authority, Principal Contractor and various Tier 2/3 contractors.
He has gained over a 15-years career in the industry and brings a wealth of experience within the company.
Prior to this, Paul held an Engineering position at Essex County Council Highways department. He also brings an invaluable strategic perspective from his time spent in the industry.
Tom has nearly 25 years experience within the construction industry, in both project and cost management roles.
Working for a variety of organisations, including Barhale Construction, McNicholas Construction and Ringway Jacobs. He has been involved in a variety of projects from structures, to highway maintenance works.
His leadership qualities alongside initiative, strategy thinking and organisational skills make him play a key role in Oakstone Contracting as Commercial Director.
Gary joins us with a wealth of experience in groundworks and civil engineering.
During his career, he has undertaken a variety of works including both resident and commercial groundworks, earthworks, highway schemes and structures/concrete.
Gary plays a vital role in the management of Oakstone Contracting, supporting the directors to manage our team of supervisors, operatives and supply chain.
